CUKS-4 - Digital control and monitoring device
A digital control and monitoring device for loudspeaking calls and warning signalling before machine start‑up. It calls the dispatcher, monitors the power supply, and identifies the emergency shutdown location.

// DESCRIPTION
What it is
CUKS‑4 conducts loudspeaking calls and emits warning signals with priority before starting machines and devices. It monitors the correct emission of these signals, identifies the shutdown and interlock location, and broadcasts voice messages.
You call the dispatcher and talk to them in normal or alarm mode, with call volume adjustment. The device monitors the power supply voltage, transmission line continuity, and battery charge status, and initiates an emergency shutdown if necessary.
It features five four‑state inputs, two analog inputs for connecting additional sensors, two voltage outputs, and the ability to connect three external, identifiable emergency switches.
The equipment operates in device group I, category M2/M1, in an explosion‑protected Ex ib/ia I design. ATEX certificate FTZÚ 09 ATEX 0237.
