CUKS-MPS1 - Digital control and monitoring device
A controller dedicated to mining conveyors and other machines operating in underground zones at risk of methane and coal dust explosions. It executes control algorithms, generates warning signals, and performs emergency shutdowns identifying the interlock location.

What it is
CUKS‑MPS1 controls devices and machines, for example, mining conveyors, used in underground mining facilities, in zones at risk of methane and coal dust explosions.
It executes control algorithms, generates acoustic messages and start‑up warning signals, and visualises the operating status on a mimic board and a text display. It performs emergency machine shutdowns identifying the interlock location, diagnoses bus devices, and archives and transmits data to master devices.
It features 8 four‑state inputs, 4 contact outputs with a 1 A load capacity, a 16‑LED two‑colour mimic board, and a hardware SIL interlock line controller. The acoustic signal generator module separates independent audio lines.
