Handling complex control algorithms
A modular programmable controller for controlling and visualising the operation of machines in zones at risk of gas and dust explosions. You program it in all five languages of the IEC 61131‑3 standard, either independently or as part of a larger system.
// DESCRIPTION
CUKS‑MPS10 LCD controls and visualises the operation of machines and devices used in underground mining facilities, tunnelling, industry, petrochemicals, chemicals, energy, construction (PropTech), in the IoT (Internet of Things) technology and automation sectors, and in particular in zones at risk of gas and dust explosions.
Individual components have independent notified body certificates confirming compliance with the ATEX directive, so you freely configure the equipment to meet project needs.
The controller complies with the IEC 61131 standard in terms of functionality, operation, and the PLC programming process. You program it in all five languages from part three of the standard: Instruction List, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram, Ladder Diagram, and Sequential Function Chart. Thanks to compliance with the standard, you will independently design, implement, test, and modernise the code.
The controller modules communicate via one of three interfaces: I2C, RS‑485, or CAN.
You control a single machine, device, or their entire technological sequence, cooling and air conditioning machines along with the chilled water network, main dewatering pumping stations, and high‑pressure pumps. You monitor firefighting water, compressed air, and gas pipelines, and in the communication network, it acts as a node.
