What it is
CUKS‑MPS2 controls belt and scraper conveyors in a mining environment. It ensures reliability, safety, and flexibility in underground transport automation.
It executes control algorithms, generates acoustic messages and start‑up warning signals, and visualises the operating status on a mimic board and a text display. It performs emergency machine shutdowns identifying the interlock location, diagnoses bus devices, and archives and transmits data to master devices.
It features 16 four‑state inputs, 16 contact outputs, a 32‑LED two‑colour mimic board, a text display, and a hardware SIL interlock line controller.
