CUKS-MPS5 - Intrinsically safe digital concentrator

CUKS‑MPS5 transmits data between devices in the ATUT‑NET network and MODBUS standard devices. It features 4 serial ports in RS422 or RS485 mode, galvanically separated from each other, operating at speeds up to 115200 b/s.

An integrated battery ensures continuous operation during temporary power failures. A built‑in fibre‑optic converter enables fibre‑optic transmission.

As a modular programmable controller from the CUKS‑MPS family, it operates independently or as part of a communication network. You have a set of modules at your disposal: analog‑to‑digital converters, protocol converters, visualisation elements, and a central computing unit, so you can tailor the control system to your needs.

The electrical equipment is intrinsically safe, so the device operates in mining facilities, in rooms at risk of methane and coal dust explosions.
