What it is
The UR‑AX/T universal distribution box connects telecommunication and signalling cables and wires in intrinsically safe circuits. Connections inside the box are made on a multi‑contact spring clamp terminal strip.
The intrinsically safe design allows the distribution box to be installed in mining facilities, in rooms at risk of methane or coal dust explosions.
