What it is
WZA/L cooperates with belt and scraper conveyor control and automation systems, underground transport routes, and other control and signalling systems for machines, devices, and installations.
It interrupts the safety circuit at the SIL3 level according to the PN‑EN‑61508 standard, signals the switch actuation, and controls the pull‑wire tension. Upon pull‑wire breakage, it interrupts the safety circuit with a mechanical interlock of this state. You can secure the switch mechanically, for example with a padlock, against uncontrolled unlocking.
The maximum pull‑wire length is 75 m, the maximum unlocking force of the tension system is 75 N, and the interlock actuation force with correct tension is 120–150 N. The maximum stroke of the pull‑wire interlock tie‑rod is 4 cm.
