// Intrinsically safe MESH fibre-optic network

ATUT-MFE

One fibre breaks and half the industrial plant stops? Not with ATUT‑MFE. The intrinsically safe MESH network reconfigures itself, so data keeps flowing even when one element fails.

// Overview

Every system, from communication to monitoring, relies on one thing: the network. When the network fails, everything fails. A fibre‑optic breakdown cannot stop the plant's technological processes.

ATUT‑MFE is an intrinsically safe fibre‑optic backbone in a MESH structure. It connects all network levels with redundant, reconfigurable routes. If one element fails, communication takes another path and work continues.

The modular design allows you to increase bandwidth without rebuilding the topology. WDM technology and the TCP/IP protocol cut the number of required fibres, while full self‑diagnostics pinpoint a failure before it happens.

// Features

System capabilities

01

MESH structure with self‑diagnostics

  • Safe, redundant routes between network levels
  • Full network self‑diagnostics
  • Medium parameter monitoring at every node
02

Fibre savings (WDM)

  • Transmission and reception over a single fibre at different wavelengths
  • Half the number of fibres on a given route
  • Full duplex on a single fibre using the TCP/IP protocol
03

Failure prediction

  • Connection quality and section attenuation analysis
  • Fast and precise fault location
  • Predicting damage before it interrupts transmission
// Application

System purpose

01

Operational continuity

  • Redundant, reconfigurable connections in a MESH structure
  • Failure of one element does not interrupt communication
  • Greater safety and operational continuity of the plant
02

Readiness for expansion

  • Modular network architecture
  • Increasing bandwidth without disrupting the topology
  • Adaptation to new technologies
