ATUT-SSG
Voice communication and safety circuit for longwall complexes. One system monitors personnel, machines, and production continuity.

The longwall face is the harshest place in an underground coal mine. Dust, moisture, vibrations, and continuous loads. Every minute of downtime costs money. Every communication error endangers people.
ATUT‑SSG integrates three elements into one system: loudspeaking communication, warning signalling, and a safety circuit along the entire longwall complex. The crew hears messages. Machines receive a signal before they start. The interlock stops the system exactly where needed, and you see where and why.
You get two complementary safety circuits. With batteries built into the devices, communication and signalling operate even after a power failure. We build intelligent systems through our knowledge. We make them armoured through our experience.
Data does not stay underground. Using a cable modem or a fibre‑optic network, SSG reports to the surface: visualisation in AT‑Visio 3.5, diagnostics in AT‑Serwis, and an overview in the Surface Visualisation Unit (AT‑PZW). The dispatcher sees the longwall face without going underground.
System capabilities
Independent emission of warning signals with machine priorities.
Light signalling coupled with an acoustic start‑up signal.
Remote sound intensity measurement for each speaker; you immediately know which transducer is weakening.
Visual and acoustic information at the interlock location, duplicated at any point in the system.
Voice communication with any location underground and on the surface.
Expansion with wireless radio communication.
Connections with mine telephone network subscribers and point‑to‑point communication.
Wireless connection of peripheral sensors and telemetry.
