ATUT-SSP

The conveyor stops, the output stops. SSP automates the entire belt conveying system, monitors its operation, and switches off the drive in a fraction of a second when something goes wrong.

SSP belt conveyor automation system visualisation in an underground working
// Overview

Output conveying is a sequence of conveyors where one stop halts everything. SSP controls a single conveyor and the entire series of conveying systems, signals their status visually and acoustically, monitors parameters, and conducts remote diagnostics.

The system operates in zones at risk of methane and coal dust explosion, where personnel safety is paramount. A specialised version is available for routes intended for personnel transport.

SSP connects to the surface via cable modems or fibre‑optic networks, just like SSG. Telemetry data reaches the Surface Visualisation Unit and goes further via the plant network to AT‑Visio 3.5 and AT‑Serwis workstations.
